Bringing music to medicine
At The Pyjama Music Project, our mission is to provide musical instruments along with access to music teachers to teach them, to children in long term health care. The joy and benefits of learning a musical instrument are well documented, and at the Pyjama Project, we make it possible for companies to support children in hospital with minimal outlay but maximum rewards.
We can work with you to provide musical instruments (donate by Companies) and music teachers to run individual or group sessions to teach your patients to play. The instruments will be assigned to each individual child for them to practise and play whenever their treatement and time permits.
We offer low outlay but high reward solution to your corporate responsibility and charitable giving programmes. Donate one, two three instruments, or why not subscribe to donate one or more a month. Low outlay ut high reward which
Just one hour of your time a week (but more if you can spare it) can make all the difference to a child in hospital. We will provide the instruments so you can teach them how to make music. We work with the hospitals we support to facilitate the best way of learning but this could be online or in person.
